Pictures at an Exhibition
based on a piano suite/composition by Modest Mussorgsky

Modest Mussorgskys "Pictures at an Exhibition" describes a walk through a gallery, which also resembles a journey through the ups and downs of the human soul.

The visitor is part of the play and is involved in the depicted worlds in a strange way. The question is - is the picture altering the viewer or is the viewer altering the picture? The real world and the pictures begin to interfere with each other and the viewer loses his orientation. This is funny, thrilling and quite surprising.

The journey in the magical world of fine art fuses the performance and the piano music to an artistic synthesis.
